Basically I had grew from a boy to a man within this company. I started out at 16. 28 years old now. I’m from the neighborhood where I worked at so I mean to see them come in and not just be a sponge and you know take from the community but also give back it’s been big. I started with this company almost four years ago in the Cleveland market. You know I heard about the company what was going on with their plans work for our area and I wanted to be a part of it. Villa is a community member. It’s a retail organization that is rooted and customer service and reaching out to the people and we use that same pride and our join the movement initiative. Being in Villa’s home sewn program means a lot to me as a designer and local promoter so as Villa grow more stores they give us more opportunity as a brand. I want to make sure that people understand when they come inside a villa and they see the energy, you see computers, you see big-screen TVs, you see the engagement, you see that people are actually ask you how was your day. At Villa we set trends. That’s our role we set trends. We are the National authority when it comes to fashion for this lifestyle. We really do create lifestyle moments you know whether it’s creating the largest highschool basketball event in the state of Pennsylvania or if it’s us creating you know the craziest scavenger hunt on an annual basis. You know in our refresh scavenger hunt we generally sit in the office you know with our customers trying to come up with just cool lifestyle moments that they can be a part of. The last four years that I’ve witnessed have been phenomenal. Something about when Villa comes into a new market. It’s just the way we do business the way we reach out to people the way we connect it creates this energy from Philly to Pittsburgh to Cleveland to Chicago to Detroit. You’re seeing us go into cities and the welcoming is warm. You know our customers respect us they respect the great product stories that we tell and appreciate the community involvement that’s sincere from us that we deliver.
